Meet DeAnna ...

I moved to Arizona nearly 27 years ago from the Chicago area. I finally decided to take up roots in the Ahwatukee area for its great schools, beautiful landscape, and community activities. When I first got licensed in 2007 it was with the intent of providing for my Family, but I quickly grew to learn that real estate was my true calling. I love what I do and I love all the people I meet. I'm certain this passion makes all the difference from one Realtor® to the next.


 Education is important to me so I decided to get my Designated Broker's License in 2013 and I'm actively working towards my GRI and ABR Designations. As an active member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors®, SouthEast Valley Regional Association of Realtors® and Woman's Council of Realtors® I have access to a wide base of referrals, continued education, support, and current updates for national and local market trends. Understanding the market shifts and being able to transition with these changes makes a Realtor® beneficial to their clients; something I take pride in.


 Collectively with my experience, knowledge and innate ability to understand my Clients' needs I've been able to execute countless transactions successfully. 

I'm not just a Realtor®, but also a consultant: before, during and after the transaction closes.

This is the goal behind Phoenix Fixed Fee; providing Sellers the many benefits of a full listing service that is cost effective, however not cut rate. 

As a Seller the major cost to list your home is the Professional Fee.

 (Typically it's a percentage of sales price.)

3% Selling Broker + 3% Buyer Broker 

Example: 

 $400,000 Sales Price 

Less Seller Net of 6% commission = $24,000  

$12,000 each side at closing 

VS.

Phoenix Fixed Listing Fee

$7,500 Selling Broker + 2.5% Buyer Broker

Equates to $6,500 back into Sellers pocket for similar services 

(and sometimes less) offered by other local listing brokers. 

Its Your Equity : You should keep it!

Understanding the difference will better prepare you whether it's selling or buying a property. AVM (Automated Valution Model; much like Zillow) will often times vary from a more accurate estimate like an RVM (Realtor Valution Model). Here at TPB Real  Estate we strive for exactness of value. Our determination is calucated by comparable homes, current condition (We put our eyes on it), improvements, and market research combined with years of experience and knowledge of market trends.
