As a Seller the major cost to list your home is the Professional Fee.
(Typically it's a percentage of sales price; i.e.)
3% Selling Broker + 3% Buyer Broker
Example:
$400,000 Sales Price
Less Seller Net of 6% commission = $24,000
$12,000 each side at closing

I moved to Arizona nearly 27 years ago from the Chicago area. I finally decided to take up roots in the Ahwatukee area for its great schools, beautiful landscape, and community activities. Understanding the market shifts and being able to transition with these changes makes a Realtor® beneficial to their clients; something I take pride in.
